Some may say that they have service, but ask them if it is their own service department or do they contract with someone to do the service for them. What is the difference? If it is their own service department, like it is here at Dale's, they are responsible for service calls that are done. If it is a company that they contract with, then you are at that company's mercy for their policies! Another thing, when you purchase that new appliance, who is bringing it? What kind of installation do they do? Will they hook up to gas? Make sure you get all the facts before you decide if you are really getting the best price on your Major Household purchase!
