Dale is a graduate of Western Wisconsin Technical College. Dale worked in Steven's Point, Glencoe Minnesota, Black River Falls, Marshfield and than back to Black River Falls where he started Dale's Refrigeration & Heating July 1, 1984. We started out of our home, opened our first store front in 1986 and was located at 25 Main Street in Black River Falls (this is the current location of Moe's Hardware Hank gun & sporting goods section of their store). Moved up Main Street to 212 Main (this is where the Buzz & Brew Shop is currently located) and finally settled in our current location, 25 N 2ND ST on Labor Day week end 1999. Dale enjoys FISHING, hunting, bowling, horse shoes, camping and did we mention FISHING! He is an avid Packer, Brewer, Badger & Bucks Fan.
Sadly Dale passed away after loosing his battle with cancer on February 1, 2011. We are still committed to the quality and service that Dale & I founded this company over 27 years ago. We look forward to serving you now and for many years to come! (Jill)

Jill started working in the business from the start but also worked out of the business until 1989 when she came to the store full time and finally started to get a pay check a few years later! Jill enjoys genealogy, camping, ATVing, bowling, skiing, hiking, swimming and more! Jill is an avid Greenbay Packer & Milwaukee Brewers fan! Jill & Dale have two daughters Letece & Megan who help out in the store from time to time but both are currently attending college.

Mike Zagorski - Lead HVAC Installer & Service Technician.
Mike has worked for Dale's for over 12 years and has been in the HVAC industry for over 38 years. He started in the Racine area and spent 20 years in the Milwaukee area.Mike and his wife Kim have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. In his spare time Mike enjoys playing on pool and dart leagues.He recently started a Hops farm.

Danielle has worked for Dale's for over 10 years. Her husband Justin and her have two children, Mackenzie & Brett. She is currently in the Accounting Program at the Western Technical College to earn a degree in Accounting. In my spare time my family and I enjoy biking, taking trips, hiking and soccer!

Jeff has been an employee of Dale's for 9 years. Jeff has 3 children and 4 step children with his girlfriend Kat and a total of 9 grandchildren.In his spare time he enjoys fishing, camping and restoring cars and trucks.He is an avid NASCAR fan and loves the Green Bay Packer's!
Chris Taber has been an employee at Dale's Refrigeration & Heating for 3 years.Chris is in charge of our appliance sales floor & advertising. Chris has attended several training sessions to keep her up to date on appliance features.Chris is the mother of two children, Nicholas & Olyvia. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, baking, mountain biking, hiking, walking and spending time with her children.

Lee Amborn - Part time delivery
Lee Amborn is a full time teacher for the Black River Falls School District at the middle school as the art instructor. Lee works part time for us helping in many areas such as: deliveries, uncrating appliances, service and more! Lee lives in Black River Falls with his wife Kim and daughter Breanna.
Kristina Gilberg - Office assistant & sales, part time.
Kristina started worked for Dale's when she was in high school and started back working for us part time when Dale became ill and has worked out so well that she continues to work on a part time bases or at least until she gets her medical degree, we will miss her when she is done with school. She has been an excellent addition! Kristina and her daughter Ava live in Black River Falls and she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is currently enrolled in the Medical Assistant program at Western Technical College in LaCrosse.
