We have had a lot of fun throughout the years and are in our fourth location as you read on our title page. Sometimes, we have used our daughters to help with our advertising. After 21 years (22 in February 2009) Joan Brown retired on December 31, 2008. Joan had been with us so long she felt like family. As a matter of fact, our kids lovingly referred to her as Grandma Jo. I felt I would be remiss if I did not include Joan on our miscellaneous history page as she has been such a great part of Dale's Refrigeration & Heating throughout the years and has helped us to get to where we are today.
