Our History: Dale's Refrigeration & Heating, Inc. is locally owned and operated by Dale & Jill Borreson. We have 10 full time employees and 2 part time. We have been in business since July 1, 1984. We were first located in Hixton, WI.. until July 1986 when we opened our first store front at 25 Main Street in Black River Falls. Then in April 1993 we moved to 212 Main Street to expand our location. We out grew it and moved to our present location; *25 North Second Street Black River Falls, WI; Labor Day weekend 1999. Stop in and see us soon! We are fully licensed and registered with the state of Wisconsin and CFC certified and licensed to handle refrigerated products, you can check this with the Wisconsin DNR. Our store hours are: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Closed Sundays & Holidays. After hours by appointment!
We offer 24 hour EMERGENCY service. If you have an emergency, such as no heat, call 715-299-6494 and the technician that is on call should answer; if not leave a message. They may be assisting other customers at the time and will get back to you as soon as possible! Thank you for shopping at Dale's!
